Terms and Conditions Gengtoto – Read Before You Play

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Gengtoto" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain gengtoto.one, including all services, features, and content provided through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account at gengtoto and uses the services provided.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all digital interfaces used to access gengtoto's services.
• "Game" refers to all types of games available on the gengtoto platform, including slots, live casino, bingo, fish shooting, and sports betting.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of cash and bonus credits in a member's account at any given time.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process carried out by Gengtoto to meet compliance requirements.

To register and use the gengtoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the date of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Not subject to any local legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gaming activities in your location.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Has never had a gengtoto account that was previously closed, suspended, or banned due to fraud or terms violation.
• Not currently on the active self-exclusion list at gengtoto or any related responsible gaming program.

Gengtoto reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

The registration process at gengtoto is designed to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform for all members. Each applicant is required to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Information required during registration:

• Full name as shown on a valid identity card or passport
• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active mobile phone number
• Exact date of birth
• A strong password of at least 8 characters

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include:

• MyKad (for Malaysian citizens) or a valid passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement from the last three months)

Each individual is only permitted to have one account only at gengtoto. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances without notice.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement of its own that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses typically come with validity period specified. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the stipulated period will expire automatically.

• Daily Deposit Bonus: Extra bonus for deposits made on specific days or times.
• Weekly Cashback: A percentage of weekly net losses is returned to the member's account in accordance with the stipulated terms.
• VIP Program: Exclusive rewards and privileges for loyal members based on their gaming activity on the platform.

All games available on the gengtoto platform have their own rules that every member must follow. gengtoto is committed to ensuring every game runs fairly and transparently.

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an accredited international independent auditing body.
• Game results are final. In the event of a technical issue that disrupts gameplay, gengtoto reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game version on your device and the gengtoto server, the server's result shall be the valid and final decision.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• Gengtoto reserves the right to remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

Gengtoto expects all members to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following behavioural guidelines must be observed:

Permitted:

• Requesting self-exclusion if you feel you need a break from playing

Strictly prohibited:

• Opening or using more than one account
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes

• Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with any other party
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform

Gengtoto reserves the right to close or suspend any member account in certain situations. Such decisions are made following a thorough review and are not taken lightly.

An account may be closed or suspended if:

• Member has violated any of the terms and conditions stated in this document
• There is suspicious activity or indicators of fraud on the account
• Member failed to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Account is used for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Member has personally requested account closure or self-exclusion from the platform

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Gengtoto support team. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded once the verification process is complete and all outstanding obligations are settled.

Gengtoto provides an online gaming platform as an entertainment service. By using this platform, members agree to the following liability limitations:

• Gengtoto is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• Gengtoto does not guarantee continuous platform availability at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions.
• Gengtoto is not liable for any losses arising from equipment failure, software issues or internet connectivity problems on the member's end.
• Gengtoto's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from Gengtoto.
• Use of gengtoto's logo or trademarks for personal or commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Game content is the property of their respective game providers and is subject to separate licensing agreements.

Gengtoto is committed to protecting the privacy of all members. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is managed in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification and legal compliance.
• Gengtoto uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of data in accordance with the conditions set out in our Privacy Policy.

• Continued use of the gengtoto platform after any amendments have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendments, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

This document is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Gengtoto operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by Gengtoto.
